Doctor Coffee is a series of small cafes located in the laneways of Hobart.

For us coffee is an individual expression of a place or region- similar to terroir of fine wines. Our passion is to bring out the best qualities and magnificent flavour that it can provide. We focus on combining fresh coffee with the silky texture of delicious Ashgrove milk to provide a tasty, accurately made beverage each and every time you visit us.
